If your GVW exceeds 60,000 lbs you will need a KYU if you plan to operate in the state of Kentucky. You will be provided with a form requesting the necessary information to obtain the permit. Fee is per truck. Additional trucks incur additional fees. Your UCR must be current to obtain this permit.
